Abstract: Composite resins are restorative materials that have wide employability in the odontological scenario due to their excellent aesthetic properties and ease handling. This study aimed to evaluate the behavior of restorative materials based on resin composites, by insertion into industrialized beverages. Two types of composite resin, Filtek Z350 XT - 3M / ESPE and Filtek Bulk Fill - 3M / ESPE were selected, where 80 specimens of 7 mm diameter and 3 mm thickness / height were made, randomly divided into four subgroups Gc (distilled water); G1 (Red Bull); G2 (Gatorade); G3 (H2OH!). Digital photographs were then obtained in which the color was quantified before and after immersion in the solutions over a period of 30 days, using L* a* and b* of the CIELab color scale. The statistical test used was ANOVA / Tukey (p≤0.05). For Filtek Z350 XT resin, Red Bull presented a significant difference when compared to control solution and H2OH. For Filtek Bulkfill resin there was no statistical difference in any of the solutions analyzed, between the 30-day period and the initial reading (Baseline). It was concluded that the different solutions studied were able to influence the color stability (ΔE), but for the Filtek Z350-XT resin the Red Bull energy drink was the only statistically significant in the period of 30 days. The same was not found for Filtek Bulk Fill resin
