Revitalização e complementação da coleção de cascas do herbário do Centro de Estudos Superiores de Parintins - UEA

Abstract

This work presents the proposal to revitalize the collection of bark presented in the herbarium of the University of the State of Amazonas, Centro de Estudos Superiores de Parintins, material that will serve as educational material, facilitating your experience in botany classes, scientific exhibition during visits external activities at the university and other teaching purposes. A survey was carried out to verify which waterfalls would undergo the cleaning or replacement process, in addition to expanding the collection after revitalization. During this process, the informative data of each shell was researched and noted to compose the identification labels. The collected shells were placed in an oven for a period of 7 to 15 interrupted days. A number of revitalized, collected and labeled samples are listed to be stored in a display made for this collection, containing teaching material that is easy to include, to contribute to the teaching-learning or research process.
