| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | Desenvolver uma tecnologia educacional sobre a Covid-19, um podcast com orientações à população. Metodologia: É um estudo metodológico, quantitativo e de validação. Desenvolvido em quatro etapas: 1) levantamento de requisitos por meio da revisão narrativa dos manuais e protocolos do Ministério da Saúde (MS) e da Organização Mundial da Saúde (OMS); 2) construção da tecnologia; 3) validação de conteúdo com juízes-especialistas; 4) validação semântica com o público-alvo. Considerou-se juízes da área da saúde, profissionais da enfermagem, com experiência e grau de conhecimento na temática. Os participantes do público-alvo foram selecionados baseados na experiencia vivenciada durante a pandemia da covid-19 via plataforma de atendimentos por meio do chatbot. O formulário foi respondido por 13 juízes-especialistas e 41 participantes do público-alvo. Os dados foram avaliados com o coeficiente Alfa de Cronbach e o Índice de Validade de Conteúdo (IVC) utilizando a Escala de Likert |
| Abstract: | Develop educational technology about Covid-19, a podcast with guidance for the population. Methodology: It is a methodological, quantitative and validation study. Developed in four stages: 1) gathering requirements through a narrative review of manuals and protocols from the Ministry of Health (MS) and the World Health Organization (WHO); 2) technology construction; 3) content validation with expert judges; 4) semantic validation with the target audience. Judges from the health area were considered, nursing professionals, with experience and level of knowledge on the subject. The target audience participants were selected based on their experience during the Covid-19 pandemic via the chatbot service platform. The form was answered by 13 expert judges and 41 participants from the target audience. The data were evaluated with the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient and the Content Validity Index (CVI) using the Likert Scale |
