| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | Este artigo tem por objetivo analisar as contribuições que o Programa Institucional de Bolsas de Iniciação à Docência - PIBID oferece para a formação inicial de professores de Física, considerando as visões tanto dos licenciandos quanto dos professores supervisores, todos esses ex-bolsistas do programa. A pesquisa teve como dados para análise questionários com perguntas semiabertas, respondidas por ex-participantes do subprojeto de FÍSICA do Centro de Estudos Superiores de Tefé (CEST) da Universidade do Estado do Amazonas-UEA. Esse trabalho foi capaz de mostrar a efetividade do PIBID tanto na formação dos futuros professores quanto na manutenção da formação continuada dos atuais docentes. |
| Zusammenfassung: | This article aims to analyze the contributions that PIBID offers to the initial instruction of Physics teachers, considering the views of both undergraduates and supervisors, ex-scholarship holders of the program. The research had data for analysis questionnaires with semi-open questions, answered by former participants of the Physics subproject of the Superior Studies Center of Tefé (CEST) of the Amazonas State University of the - UEA. This work is able to show the effectiveness of PIBID both in the instruction of future teachers and in the maintenance of the continuing education of current teachers. |
