Para isso, dissertar-se-á sobre alguns temas de Filosofia e Teoria Geral do Direito, como forma de fortalecer as bases ético-jurídicas das conclusões. O método de pesquisa é o teórico jurídico e a técnica de pesquisa utilizada foi a bibliográfica. |
