| Abstract: | This article aims to present a systematic view of what is fairness, notably in Labor Law. For this, we will discuss some topics of Philosophy and General Theory of Law, as a way to strengthen the ethical-juridical basis of the conclusions. The research method is the legal theory and the research technique used was the bibliographical one. |
| Description: | Este artigo tem por objetivo apresentar uma visão sistemática do que seja equidade, notadamente no Direito do Trabalho. Para isso, dissertar-se-á sobre alguns temas de Filosofia e Teoria Geral do Direito, como forma de fortalecer as bases ético-jurídicas das conclusões. O método de pesquisa é o teórico jurídico e a técnica de pesquisa utilizada foi a bibliográfica. |
