Abstract

The right of image and the right of arena of the professional athlete have undergone a great evolution in their recent past. With the advent of technology, there has been a much larger display of the image and spectacles provided by the sport, reaching a number previously imaginable viewer. In this sense, the present research has the purpose of presenting a study with the main aspects that involve the contract of the professional athlete, his right of arena and his right of image, protected by the constitution, the contracts signed between club and player and by laws infraconstitutional.
