Abstract

This work has as main focus in the mobbing in the environment of the banking work by requirement of goals, bringing before a doctrinal base of evolution of the subject, definition and constitutional and infraconstitutional tutelage of the work environment, like independent legal science, able to fight, against an institute that deprives workers of a dignified and healthy work environment in the quality of life. Then, it presents an evolution of banking work, demonstrating the susceptibility of this category to mobbing, due to the stressful work that is submitted daily and the constant pressure for results that category requires, soon after conceptualizing, classifying and analyzing processes in which it remained configured, or not, the practice of mobbing, and finally, this work will use the principles of environmental law of prevention and precautionary work, through its concrete actions, to combat all acts of management that give rise to mobbing.
