O uso do software educacional Poly e Modelagem matemática como recursos pedagógicos para o ensino e aprendizagem de poliedros.

Abstract

This article presents a qualitative research developed with contributions from the action research on the use of methodological tendencies such as: technology in education and mathematical modeling, as elements of potentialization of the teaching and learning of the mathematical content of Polyhedra. The research was carried out with students of the 2nd year "1", morning shift, at the State School Senador João Bosco, who answered a questionnaire that preceded the lecture using the POLY educational software and the mathematical modeling workshop. Throughout the development of the activities of this study participatory observations were made, with annotations in the field book. And finally, about 10% of the participants and the teacher of the mathematics discipline of the school were submitted to an interview. Based on the triangulation of the collected data, searching for the theorists that discuss the themes of this research, it was verified that the uses of these methodological tendencies contribute to the pedagogical process, making teaching more attractive and stimulating and learning more pleasant and meaningful.
