Formação de professor: um estudo na Escola Estadual Marechal Rondon

Abstract

The Course Conclusion Paper presents an analysis of teacher training at the Marechal Rondon State School. The first one deals with the theoretical framework, entitled: "teacher training, in this chapter we describe the historical process of teacher education, addressing the challenges faced by this professional in the classroom and especially questioning about their appreciation And recognition in their field of work. In the second chapter, we discuss the methodology of the work, where we present the conceptualization of method, techniques and instruments of research approaches, also highlighting the importance of the elements used in the investigative process. The third chapter refers to the presentation, analysis and discussion of the results, where through the application of the questionnaires to the subject teachers involved in the research we obtained the data collection, as well as presenting the reflections, conceptions and final considerations of the work. The theme is relevant because it involves a social issue and can be investigated by other researchers in the process of teaching and learning and teacher training.
