| Zusammenfassung: | The experience of parturition represents an important event in women's lives, a unique and special moment, marked by the transformation of women into their new role, that of being a mother. The objective of this research was to know the difficulties of the primiparas under their perspective, as to the reason of the choice of the way of delivery, perspective of the childbirth and delivery. It is a descriptive, exploratory, qualitative study with 25 primiparas individuals, conducted through interviews, the interviews being recorded in full and analyzed with the precepts of the thematic analysis. The results reveal the characteristics of the population interviewed, the follow-up of the pregnancy, the information about labor, the preferences of the way of delivery and the way of delivery performed. It was verified that the pregnant women in the majority have the physiological birth as an option of first choice. However not all of these pregnant women performed the delivery they desired to have. |
| Beschreibung: | A experiência da parturição representa um evento importante na vida das mulheres, um momento único e especial, marcado pela transformação da mulher em seu novo papel, o de ser mãe. O objetivo desta pesquisa foi conhecer as dificuldades das primíparas sob sua ótica, quanto ao motivo da escolha da via de parto, perspectiva do parto e parto. Trata-se de uma pesquisa descritiva, exploratória, de natureza qualitativa com 25 primíparas, realizada por meio de entrevistas estruturada, sendo estas gravadas na íntegra e analisado com os preceitos da análise temática. Os resultados revelam as características da população entrevistada, o acompanhamento da gravidez, as informações sobre o trabalho de parto, as preferências da via de parto e via de parto realizado. Constatou-se que as gestantes em sua maioria têm o parto fisiológico como opção de primeira escolha. Entretanto nem todas essas gestantes realizaram o parto que desejavam ter. |
