Navegação fluvial uma viagem orientada pela percepção e traduzida para o mapa mental no trecho Parintins- Manaus Amazonas

Abstract

The conceptions about the fluvial transport as a peculiar modality to the State of Amazonas that contemplates the diversity of rivers constituting the hydrographic network of the Amazon basin allows to establish relations of coexistence in the life of the people that use this type of transport, highlighting the professionals that act in the helm of the their perceptions, their practices, their interpretive analyzes of the images and the transformative events of the landscape in the physical space experienced by them. A knowledge that is acquired not only in the brief description, but through historical social and cultural processes, inherited from the most remote times of humanity. Therefore, there was a need for a scientific investigation to analyze the phenomenon of a journey guided by the perception and translated to the mental map in the Parintins / Manaus-Amazonas section, through a qualitative research in the scope of fluvial navigation as an indispensable item for the valorization of metal maps, considering the point of view of navigators and perceptible resources. Being presented with a strong bibliography based on Amélia Nogueira; Pontuschka, Paganalli, Cacete and others, through the phenomenological method that allows the appreciation of the constant mutations in the geographical category of space, in the representation of the aspects and the dynamics of the Amazon river, and of the methodological procedures like interviews and the elaboration of mental maps. After the end of the researches and analyzes of the collected data, it is concluded that the printed reality is a product of rare intelligence accumulated belonging to the Geography of perception and the proposals of redemptions of the regional realities, being naturally interconnected to the personal knowledge of men and places.
