| Zusammenfassung: | This study aims to identify the possible allelopathic effects of pioneer plant extracts such as Vismia guianensis and Bellucia grossularioides on germination and root and stem length of tomato and lettuce. Three concentrations for each treatment and V. guianensis Bellucia grossularioides in proportions were used (5%, 7.5% and 10%) each with three replications of 10 seeds, including the control. The following variables the total germination index were analyzed (GT), the average speed index (GSI), the mean germination time (MGT) and seedling growth were calculated stem growth medium (CC) and root (CR), data were submitted to analysis of variance by the Kruskal-Wallis test with 0.05% probability. The results show that extracts of Vismia guianensis and Bellucia grossularioides showed allelopathic effect on medium speed index (GSI) and mean germination time (GMT) for both tomato and lettuce seeds. |
| Beschreibung: | O presente trabalho teve como objetivo identificar os possíveis efeitos alelopáticos de extratos das plantas pioneiras, Vismia guianensis e Bellucia grossularioides, na germinação e no comprimento da raiz e do caule em plântulas de tomate e alface. Foram utilizadas três extratos aquosos de V. guianensis e Bellucia grossularioides nas proporções (5%, 7,5% e 10%) cada uma com três repetições de 10 sementes, incluindo o controle. Foram analisadas as seguintes variáveis o índice de germinação total (GT), o índice de velocidade média (IVG), o tempo médio de germinação (TMG) e para o crescimento das plântulas foram calculadas as medias de crescimento do caule (CC) e da raiz (CR). Os dados foram submetidos a análise de variância pelo teste de Kruskal-Wallis com 0,05% significância estatística. Os resultados mostraram que possivelmente os extratos de Vismia guianensis e Bellucia grossularioides apresentaram efeito alelopático nos índices de velocidade média (IVG) e no tempo médio de germinação (TMG), para ambas as sementes de tomate e alface. Contudo, os resultados não foram conclusivos, necessitando de mais estudos para confirmar o potencial alelopático das espécies. |
