| Abstract: | The booklet is the result of a study carried out by the 20th class of the Administration course, enrolled in the Strategic Management subject at the Amazonas State University. The book aims to raise awareness and engage its readers on the subject through definitions, statistical data and practical examples. It also provides information and accounts on what the government has done to combat the practice. |
