Percepções da população sobre os animais em perigo de extinção e as medidas preventivas adotadas pelas instituições de pesquisa em Tefé- AM

Abstract

The animals are of fundamental importance for humans and for nature in general, this paper addresses spontaneously perception that people have about animals in danger of extinction and how disclosure occurs before the society by the institutions Research. To collect data, we used a questionnaire containing seven questions for the total population of 60 people and a questionnaire for institutions: Institute for Sustainable Development Mamirauá (IDSM) and Chico Mendes Institute for Biodiversity Conservation (ICMBIO). From the analysis of the responses can be seen that the endangered animals are perceived by people in different ways and there is a concern of society for the preservation of these animals.
