As contribuições do programa institucional de bolsa de iniciação à docência de Pedagogia na escola municipal Professor Luzivaldo Castro dos Santos

Abstract

The present monograph he/she has as objective investigates "The Contributions of the Institutional Program of Scholarship Initiation to the Teaching (PIBID) of Pedagogy in the town school Teacher Luzivaldo Castro dos Santos". The work is justified because needing to know and to problematize the contributions that this program brought to the school. The proposal of the research was to understand the contribution of this Institutional Program in the development of the school activities in the first years of the Fundamental Teaching. The way of the work was built before the looking of the qualitative research and the as methodological procedures were bibliographical verification of the study categories, analysis of documents and semi-structured questionnaires. The research was based in authors as: Alves (2011), Barreiro (2006), Franco (2012), Freire (2008), Gomes (2011), Luck (2013), Pepper (2014), Tardif, (2014) and the Law of Guidelines and Bases of the National Education 9.394/96 (LDB). The investigations made possible to know and to problematize the contributions that PIBID brought to the School Municipal Teacher Luzivaldo Castro dos Santos. The results point that PIBID has shown as a decisive factor in the c de ic’s formation, and being proved that the students' participation in PIBID contributes so much and significantly to the educators' formation and for the increase of the quality initial formation of the academics in an integration between school and the university. The accomplished research contributes significantly to the enlargement of knowledge in the areas of teachers' formation, in the valorization of the teaching and in the training of the graduating students of the university, diffusing the knowing around and studies about the theme.
