| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | O estudo objetivou conhecer as visões e práticas dos agentes públicos frente à violência contra o idoso na cidade de Manaus. Para tanto, delimitamos os objetivos específicos que nos levaram a conhecer “O que é ser idoso nos dias atuais”; “O perfil do idoso no Brasil e no Amazonas”; “Os tipos de violência contra o idoso e as ocorrências mais frequentes em Manaus entre os anos de 2013 e 2015”; Como lócus da pesquisa definimos a Delegacia Especializada em Crimes Contra o Idoso – DECCI, localizada na cidade de Manaus, que atua no combate e prevenção a todos os tipos específicos de violência contra o Idoso, nos possibilitando obter a visão dos policiais civis que atuam neste contexto, bem como apresentar as condições estruturais e de desenvolvimento de suas atividades na DECCI. Para isso foram realizadas entrevistas semiestruturadas, aplicação de questionários, observação intensiva e pesquisas documentais e de registros de boletins de ocorrência. Como resultado, concluiu-se que o atendimento da pessoa Idosa no DECCI é comprometido pela falta de estrutura da delegacia. Outro fator observado é a insuficiência de agentes públicos que trabalham na efetivação dos direitos dos idosos e no combate aos crimes contra essa população. |
| Zusammenfassung: | The study aimed to identify the views and practices of public officials to violence against the elderly in the city of Manaus. Therefore, we delimit specific objectives that led us to know "What's being old these days"; "The profile of the elderly in Brazil and the Amazon"; "The types of violence against the elderly and the most frequent occurrences in Manaus between the years 2013 and 2015"; As a place of research defined the Police Specialized Crimes Against Elderly - DECCI, located in the city of Manaus, which works to combat and prevent all kinds of violence against the elderly, enabling us to get the civil police view that act in this context and to present the structural conditions and development of its activities in DECCI. semi-structured interviews, questionnaires, observation and documentary research and police reports records for this were made. As a result, it was concluded that the person answering the Elderly DECCI is compromised by the lack station structure. Another observation is the failure of public officials working in the realization of the rights of the elderly and combating crimes against the population. |
