Abstract

The work compiles the sonnets attributed to Luís de Camões between 1595 and 1616. The sonnets were originally organized according to the order of the Rhythmas of 1595, fifteen years after the author's death. The updated edition of the work contains the Preface written by Fernão Rodrigues Lobo Soropita, Luís de Camões' Editor, and the Organization and Notes by Professor Dr. Mauricio Matos, as well as the transcriptions of the original paratexts from the 1595 edition.
