| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | O presente artigo teve como objetivo apresentar características e conceitos empreendedores e de inovação, com intuito de indentificar a importância da sua aplicação, abordar sobre a evolução do amparo a cultura do Amazonas e demonstrar a ascensão de Gandhi Tabosa e do Gandhicats caracterizada pelo empreendedorismo e inovação. Tal estudo viabiliza uma visão mais clara referente a empreendedorismo no cenário cultural, exemplificado por uma companhia de dança Manauara, o Gandhicats. Os dados levantados foram obtidos por meio de observação direta, consulta bibliográfica e a aplicação de uma entrevista aberta com o proprietário Gandhi Tabosa, com o objetivo de compreender o funcionamento da empresa de forma a correlacionar os conceitos abordados. Após análise foi possível evidenciar o espirito empreender no cénario cultural, o diferencial da companhia Gandhicats, seu reconhecimento nacional, a partir das inovações de Gandhi Tabosa. |
| Abstract: | The objective of this article was to present resourses and concepts of entrepreneurship and innovation, in order to identify the importance of its application, talk about the evolution of protection to the amazon culture and demonstrate the rise of Gandhi Tabosa and Gandhicats characterized by entrepreneurship and innovation. Such study provides a clearer view of cultural entrepreneurship, exemplified by a Manaura dance company, the Gandhicats. The information collected were displayed through direct observation, bibliographic consultation and application of an open interview with the owner Gandhi Tabosa, in order to understand the operation of the company and to correlate the concepts addressed. After the analysis it was possible to highlight the spiritual enterprise in the cultural scenario, the differential of Gandhicats Company and they national recognition, from the innovations of Gandhi Tabosa. |
