Caracterização da estrutura da vegetação de floresta de terra firme: estudo da parcela de número 07 do módulo PPBIO - Tefé

Abstract

In the context of importance to knowing the structure of the plant communities, this work aims to understand the structure of the terra firme vegetation of a permanent plot of the PPBio module, located in the National Forest of Tefé, AM. The study was carried out in plot of number 07 of the PPBio Tefé module. In this plot the vegetation was studied in three different approaches: in the first approach, all plants with DAP≥1cm were sampled; In second approach, all plants with DBH≥10cm; and in the third approach, all plants with DBH≥20. In the first approach were sampled 196 specimens, leading to a basal area of 22.35 m²/ha and a density of 5,232 ind/ha. In the second approach, 292 individuals were sampled, indicating a basal area of 30.18 m²/ha and a density of 603 ind/ha. In the third approach, 193 individuals were sampled, with a basal area of 19.71 m²/ha with a density of 219 ind/ha. Statistical analysis reveals structural homogeneity in younger specimens. However, among the large specimens, there was a statistical difference between the structure of plot n. 07 with the others previously studied at the module. When compared to other terra firme areas, the data are quite similar, but it does suggest that plot n. 07 has larger specimens. The results of the diametric distribution indicated that the Flona-Tefé terra firme forest of plot n.07 presents a healthy distribution, showing an environment with no environmental impacts in structural aspect
