| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | O presente Caderno de Resumos Expandidos foi organizado a partir da submissão de trabalhos acadêmicos por grupos de trabalhos temáticos realizados durante o I CONGRESSO INTERNACIONAL DE DIREITO DO TRABALHO, SINDICAL E DIREITOS SOCIAIS: desafios da democracia, do trabalho e dos direitos sociais no mundo em transição”, que ocorreu de 29 de novembro a 2 de dezembro de 2022, principalmente no Centro de Convenções Vascos Vasques, em Manaus/AM. O evento, que se insere no âmbito das atividades do Doutorado Interinstitucional UFMG-UEA (Dinter), alicerçado a partir da Chamada Pública CAPES nº 001/2016, em execução desde 2017, foi pensado e idealizado na sua conformação temática e estrutural pelo grupo de Pesquisa CNPQ Trabalho em Movimento- TREM (vinculado a linha 3 do PPGD em Direito da UFMG). Foi realizado em conjunto pela Faculdade de Direito da UEA e pela Faculdade de Direito da UFMG. Teve como objetivo a consolidação dos laços interinstitucionais entre as duas instituições executoras (FD/UFMG e FD/UEA) e a instituição parceira (FD/UFAM), contando com a participação de docentes e discentes do DINTER e as Instituições de Ensino Superior e Entidades Científicas Nacionais e Estrangeiras que proficuamente colaboraram integralmente com o escopo do projeto. |
| Abstract: | The present Notebook of Expanded Abstracts was organized from the submission of academic work by thematic work groups carried out during the I CONGRESS INTERNATIONAL LABOR, TRADE UNION AND SOCIAL RIGHTS: challenges of democracy, work and social rights in a world in transition”, which took place from November 29 to December 2, 2022, mainly at the Convention Center Vascos Vasques, in Manaus/AM. The event, which is part of the activities of the Interinstitutional Doctorate UFMG-UEA (Dinter), based on CAPES Public Call No. 001/2016, in running since 2017, was designed and idealized in its thematic and structural conformation by research group CNPQ Work in Motion - TREM (linked to line 3 of the PPGD in UFMG Law). It was carried out jointly by the Faculty of Law of the UEA and the Faculty of Law at UFMG. The aim was to consolidate ties between the two executing institutions (FD/UFMG and FD/UEA) and the institution partner (FD/UFAM), with the participation of DINTER teachers and students and the Higher Education Institutions and National and Foreign Scientific Entities that profusely collaborated fully with the scope of the project |
