| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | O estágio supervisionado é imprescindível para a formação inicial dos docentes. Assim, o presente artigo que versa sobre “A importância do estágio supervisionado na formação docente em Letras”. Teve como objetivo geral investigar as contribuições que o estágio supervisionado proporciona para a formação inicial. E essa investigação buscou evidenciar o que é o estágio supervisionado e sua importância para a formação docente, investigar se o estágio supervisionado está adequado para formação profissional atual, averiguar as possíveis dificuldades enfrentadas pelos estagiários no decorrer do estágio nas escolas públicas e identificar as habilidades e competências necessárias para o docente atuar no contexto atual. Como percurso metodológico baseou-se no método de pesquisa qualitativo e foram realizados o levantamento bibliográfico com base nos autores Chizzotti (2006), Vergara (2010), Drucker (2002), Gisi et al (2000), Guimarães (apud Pimenta,2012), Lakatos; Marconi (2003),Lima (2006), Nóvoa (1997), (Tardif (2002),Tedesco (1998), Drucker (2002), Rios (2001), Pimenta e Lima (2012), Rocha (2004) e Teixeira (2005). E fez se a pesquisa de campo realizada no Centro de Estudos Superiores de Tefé da Universidade do Estado do Amazonas (UEA), tendo como sujeitos investigados dez acadêmicos em formação do 6º e 8º períodos do curso de letras. Para a coleta dos dados fora aplicado um questionário com seis questões, dentre as quais “quatro abertas e duas fechadas”, que foram tabuladas, interpretadas pela pesquisadora e diálogo com os autores da base teórica. Como resultados constatou-se que este artigo apresenta uma concepção do estágio supervisionado, sobre a fundamental importância para a formação do docente em Letras. Os dados coletados e analisados se confirmam com as ideias dos autores estudados, respectivamente, respondendo o objetivo geral da pesquisa, sobre as contribuições do estágio supervisionado na formação docente em Letras. |
| Abstract: | The supervised internship is essential for the initial training of teachers. Thus, the present article, which deals with "The importance of supervised internship in teacher education in Languages". Its general objective was to investigate the contributions that the supervised internship provides for initial training. This investigation sought to highlight what a supervised internship is and its importance for teacher training, to investigate whether the supervised internship is suitable for current professional training, to find out the possible difficulties faced by trainees during their internship in public schools, and to identify the skills and competencies required for teachers to work in the current context. As methodological route was based on the qualitative research method and were performed the bibliographic survey based on the authors Chizzotti (2006), Vergara (2010), Drucker (2002), Gisi et al (2000), Guimarães (apud Pimenta,2012), Lakatos; Marconi (2003),Lima (2006), Nóvoa (1997), (Tardif (2002),Tedesco (1998), Drucker (2002), Rios (2001), Pimenta and Lima (2012), Rocha (2004) and Teixeira (2005). And it was made the field research carried out in the Center of Higher Studies of Tefé of the Amazonas State University (UEA), having as investigated subjects ten academics in formation of the 6th and 8th periods of the course of letters. For data collection a questionnaire with six questions was applied, among which "four open and two closed", which were tabulated, interpreted by the researcher and dialogued with the authors of the theoretical basis. The results showed that this article presents a conception of the supervised internship as being of fundamental importance for the formation of teachers of Letters. The data collected and analyzed are confirmed with the ideas of the authors studied, respectively, answering the general objective of the research, about the contributions of the supervised internship in teacher training in Letras. |
