Abstract: The ATM machine had its first prototype registered in the 30's, in England, but it was only popularized a few decades later after undergoing some improvements and alterations. In Brazil, this technology was implemented in the 80's and since then it has been part of the Brazilian routine, undergoing more and more technological advances and gaining practicality in its use. The company in which the study was carried out is located in the Industrial Pole of Manaus, Amazonas, carrying out the assembly and manufacture of ATMs that are in demand in Brazil and other Latin American countries. Due to the different requirements of the countries regarding the security of ATMs, the robustness of safes and the physical dimensions of their components, ATMs have different physical characteristics and, consequently, their safes are also differentiated. During the assembly of the ATMs, at the factory, the safe goes through the palletizing process, which consists of fixing the base of the safe to wooden pallets, superimposed on the surface of the Mold Dump. Due to the varied dimensions of the safes, the pallets and the Mold Tippers needed to undergo an adaptation, where new fastening axes were drilled in the two pieces so that the pallet is securely fixed to the Tipper and it can rotate the solid without causing accidents for operators. For this adaptation, 3D molds of the equipment were made, linked to calculations of the distance between the central and upper holes of the pallets and in the dumpers to juxtapose this piece and be attached to each other.
