| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | O presente trabalho possui a finalidade de realizar a adequação do projeto de Central de impressão conforme os requisitos gerais exigidos pelas normas regulamentadoras de segurança. As premissas impostas inicialmente para efetivação do projeto consistiam em projetar uma máquina de impressões em PCBs (Painted Circuit Board, ou Placas de Circuito Impresso) com a capacidade de atender as linhas de produção da empresa, além de um sistema automatizado que assegurasse a segurança dos colaboradores responsáveis por efetuar operações na máquina. No decorrer do projeto, após vários modelos propostos, foi definido como seria a operação da Central de Impressão, de acordo com a capacidade produtiva, o espaço físico cedido pela empresa e o custo de implementação do projeto. Em seguida, definiram-se os componentes responsáveis pelo funcionamento da máquina de acordo com os quesitos acertados entre a empresa e a equipe de projeto. Sendo assim, em paralelo com o andamento dos projetos que envolviam a Central de Impressão, iniciou-se o projeto da estrutura de enclausuramento para a máquina com o propósito de assegurar que a central estivesse em conformidade com a NR12, assim como o projeto de fixação de todos os manipuladores robóticos que compõem o sistema. |
| Abstract: | The present work has the purpose of carrying out the adequacy of the Print Center project according to the general requirements demanded by the regulatory safety standards. The premises initially imposed for the realization of the project consisted of designing a printing machine on PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards) with the ability to service the company's production lines, as well as an automated system to ensure the safety of employees responsible for carrying out operations in the machine. During the project, after several proposed models, the operation of the Printing Center was defined, according to the production capacity, the physical space provided by the company and the cost of implementing the project. Then, the components responsible for the operation of the machine were defined according to the requirements agreed between the company and the project team. Therefore, in parallel with the progress of the projects involving the Printing Center, the design of the enclosure structure for the machine started in order to ensure that the plant was in compliance with NR12, as well as the fastening project of all robotic manipulators that make up the system. |
