| Abstract: | Discuss the migratory crisis and make a historical survey of the construction of human rights were the main objectives of this article, for which we use as a theoretical fundamentally the Declarations of Rights and the texts of Celso Lafer and Norberto Bobbio. Our methodology was descriptive-literature, as we seek to stick to put literature. |
