| Abstract: | This article aims to discuss the intervention of the Government in Arrudas River, which runs through the city of Belo Horizonte, in order to benefit the community. The construction of the Boulevard Arrudas, it would be a deeper analysis, taking into account principles such as prevention and precaution on the existing alternatives to the closure of its channel. The research method is the theoretical and research technique used was the literature. |
| Description: | Este artigo tem por objetivo discutir a intervenção, do Poder Público, no Rio Arrudas, que corta a cidade de Belo Horizonte, no intuito de beneficiar a coletividade. A construção do Boulevard Arrudas, caberia uma análise mais profunda, levando em consideração princípios como a prevenção e a precaução, sobre as alternativas existentes ao fechamento de seu canal. O método de pesquisa é o teórico jurídico e a técnica de pesquisa utilizado foi a bibliográfica. |
