| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | Na região do Alto Solimões, extremo oeste do Amazonas, localiza-se a chamada Tríplice Fronteira Amazônica, formada pelas cidades de Tabatinga/Brasil, Santa Rosa/Peru e Leticia/Colômbia. Esta zona fronteiriça é identificada como uma das portas de entrada dos entorpecentes produzidos no Peru e Colômbia no território brasileiro. Diante deste contexto, esta pesquisa promoveu a análise das características do narcotráfico na tríplice fronteira amazônica, da estrutura da estrutura existente das forças policiais ali atuantes, bem como dos projetos das diversas esferas governamentais referentes à Segurança Pública na região. Assim, obteve-se um panorama da capacidade do Estado brasileiro em prevenir e reprimir esta forma de criminalidade e assim garantir a ordem pública e paz social nesta zona estratégica do Brasil. |
| Abstract: | In the Upper Amazon, extreme western Amazonas, it is located the Triple Amazon Border, formed by the cities of Tabatinga/Brazil, Santa Rosa/Peru and Leticia/Colombia. This border area is identified as one of the entry points of narcotics produced in Colombia and Peru in the Brazilian territory. Given this context, this research analised the characteristics of drug trafficking in that zone, the existing structure of police forces operating there, as well as the projects of the various tiers of government relating to Public Safety in the region. Thus, it obtained an overview of the brazilian state capacity to prevent and suppress that form of criminality and thus ensure public order and social peace in that strategic area of Brazil. |
