| Beschreibung: | Este artigo tem por objetivo discutir a intervenção, do Poder Público, no Rio Arrudas, que corta a cidade de Belo Horizonte, no intuito de beneficiar a coletividade. A construção do Boulevard Arrudas, caberia uma análise mais profunda, levando em consideração princípios como a prevenção e a precaução, sobre as alternativas existentes ao fechamento de seu canal. O método de pesquisa é o teórico jurídico e a técnica de pesquisa utilizado foi a bibliográfica. |
