Gestão democrática participativa: um estudo na Escola Estadual Pedro Teixeira

Abstract

The study presents an investigation about process of democratic management participative way, having as an empirical field the State School Pedro Teixeira. The study makes a search about the management of the school, presenting reflection of the conjuncture of the school. The work is composed of three chapters, where the first chapter introduces the theoretical framework, entitled: "The history of school management, the challenges of the manager in the educational process, addresses on the National Plan of Education and School Management, the LDB/93.94/96 and democratic management in school, where we do a general approach with support from several theoretical. The second chapter discusses the methodology of the study, presenting the concepts of methods, techniques, instruments used in research and the importance of research tools, where we say the type of method used, the types of research instruments. The third chapter presents the history of the school the beginning of your installation, the educational process presenting the concepts of methods, techniques, instruments used in research and the importance of research instruments, where we say the type of method used, types of research instruments.
