O transporte de lanchas rápidas: uma alternativa de redução de tempo e de espaço para a Agrovila do Caburi no Município de Parintins-AM.

Abstract

This Work of Completion of Course sought to understand the contributions of transport by the jet boats that serve Agrovila do Caburi, in the municipality of Parintins / AM, in the sense of reducing the time traveled to the city, sought to analyze how transport used by people residing in the countryside and need to move to the urban area, using speedboats as a that. The structure of the speedboats was analyzed, the time it takes to make the transport of people, the services offered during the trip, security items and so on aspects that involve all the dynamics of transporting people and cargoes through Amazon. This research constitutes a qualitative and quantitative approach. Qualitative, there is a researched reality, in which social and cultural determinants will not be discarded. Quantitative, due to the fact that in the course of the research a statistics on transport conditions used for the movement of persons. The search for occurred between May 2012 and June 2013. Initially the direct observation by the researcher who traveled from Parintins to the community of the Caburi, in order to verify the conditions of the fast boats that make that route. Finished observations were applied to the owners of the boats and the passengers so that we could check the impressions you have about the service that is offered. So it is study analyzed how speedboats contribute to people's quality of life who need this service.
