História e memória da terceirização: Perspectivas sociais de trabalhadores terceirizados no município de Parintins/ AM

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the experiences of outsourced workers who work at the Federal University of Amazonas (UFAM) and the State University of Amazonas (UEA) in the municipality of Parintins. It was necessary to do research with workers who have been working longer in this work model, so that we could understand the temporal cut, with this, each one who contributed to the research has more than three years of operation. The applied research methodology is based on history oral, based on the theoretical Alessandro Portelli, as well as based on the theoretical Ricardo Antunes, thus, interviews were carried out with employees. Initially interviews were carried out to outline the personal and professional profile of the workers. The social context of these workers shows that outsourcing reflects a precarious and with a series of problems about the basic needs of the workers who need to be supplied, but who are unfortunately left in second place plan or even forgotten by the failure of the employer's commitment to the employee.
