| Resumo: | A leitura e a interpretação de texto são à base do processo de alfabetização e da formação da cidadania. Nesta perspectiva, cabe ao professor a perceptibilidade de que educa e ensina para o desenvolvimento das potencialidades do aluno, tanto individual quanto social. Este artigo tem por objetivo mostrar as dificuldades encontradas pelo professor de Língua Portuguesa no processo de ensino da leitura e interpretação de textos dos alunos do turno matutino do Ensino Fundamental de uma escola Municipal de Maués- Am. A investigação foi feita a partir de uma pesquisa de campo por meio da aplicação de questionário com perguntas abertas para os professores de Língua Portuguesa do turno matutino de uma escola municipal e com as coordenadoras pedagógicas. No texto discute-se algumas concepções de leitura e interpretação de texto, o ensino da leitura e da interpretação de texto no ensino fundamental assim como o professor de Língua Portuguesa no processo de ensino da leitura e da interpretação de texto. Essa pesquisa tem como embasamento teórico PCN, (1998); ANTUNES, (2003); SOLÉ, (1998) dentre outros. Os resultados nos levam a acreditar que a nossa formação acadêmica não tem sido suficiente para suprir as dificuldades apresentadas na prática docente, principalmente quando se refere ao processo de ensino da leitura e interpretação de textos, pois é notório que muitas vezes os próprios professores, no exercício de sua prática docente, também apresentam dificuldades de interpretação. |
| Abstract: | Reading and text interpretation are the basis of the literacy process and the formation of citizenship. In this perspective, it is up to the teacher to perceive that he educates and teaches for the development of the student's potential, both individual and social. This article aims to show the difficulties encountered by the Portuguese language teacher in the process of teaching reading and interpreting texts for students in the morning shift of Elementary School at a municipal school in Maués-Am. The investigation was based on a field research through the application of a questionnaire with open questions to Portuguese language teachers in the morning shift of a municipal school and with the pedagogical coordinators. The text discusses some conceptions of reading and text interpretation, the teaching of reading and text interpretation in elementary school, as well as the Portuguese language teacher in the process of teaching reading and text interpretation. This research is theoretically based on PCN (1998); ANTUNES, (2003); SOLÉ, (1998) among others. The results lead us to believe that our academic training has not been sufficient to overcome the difficulties presented in teaching practice, especially when referring to the teaching process of reading and interpreting texts, as it is well known that teachers themselves, in the exercise of their teaching practice, also present difficulties of interpretation. |
