Título: Educação Escolar Indígena: Uma Análise Sobre o Processo de Ensino na Escola Municipal Rural Indígena Professor João Hamilton na Comunidade Projeto Mapi Município de Tefé-Am (2014 - 2019)

Resumo: O objetivo deste trabalho é analisar e compreender o processo e a dinâmica da Educação Escolar Indígena no município de Tefé-AM. A pesquisa está voltada a Escola Municipal Rural Indígena Professor João Hamilton residente na comunidade indígena Projeto Mapi Km 13 da estrada da EMADE no município de Tefé/ AM tendo como etnia a Kaixana. Sua justificativa está pautada na sondagem dos conhecimentos sobre os povos indígenas nos dias atuais, bem como, a compreensão de como o processo de luta desses povos, aconteceu e vem se organizando ao longo da história, destacando-se que, a educação escolar indígena específica e diferenciada vem sendo constituída pelos povos indígenas brasileiros, com muitas lutas e dificuldades nas últimas décadas, essa modalidade é fruto de organizações indígenas e dos movimentos sociais indigenistas, que já conquistou alguns avanços significativos no decorrer de sua trajetória, mas que ainda muito tem de lutar para que o ensino venha ser de qualidade. A educação escolar indígena assim como a educação de quaisquer outras culturas tem sua total importância dentro das sociedades que estão inseridas, mas que ainda sofri algumas barreiras que as impede conquistar seus êxitos com mais efetividade. Para a execução do trabalho foram feitas pesquisas bibliográficas referentes ao modelo educacional trazido pelos colonizadores dando ênfase à educação catequista, assim também como a educação pós o período colonial. Tendo como referência o Diretório Pombalino e a Constituição Federal de 1988. O tema discutido aborda uma metodologia referente a textos de autores que analisam a temática educação escolar indígena e também pesquisa de campo, sendo aplicado um questionário na referida escola Kaixana assim como, com alguns indígenas da comunidade. Portanto, a pesquisa buscou analisar a temática em questão e compreender sobre as bases que a norteiam, bem como, os conflitos e dificuldades enfrentadas por está modalidade de ensino no município.
Abstract: The objective of this work is to analyze and understand the process and dynamics of Indigenous School Education in the municipality of Tefé-AM. The research is aimed at the Municipal Rural Indigenous School Professor João Hamilton residing in the indigenous community Projeto Mapi Km 13 of the EMADE road in the municipality of Tefé / AM having Kaixana as an ethnic group. Its justification is based on the survey of knowledge about indigenous peoples today, as well as the understanding of how the process of struggle of these peoples happened and has been organized throughout history, highlighting that, the specific indigenous school education and differentiated has been constituted by the Brazilian indigenous peoples, with many struggles and difficulties in the last decades, this modality is the result of indigenous organizations and of the indigenous social movements, which has already achieved some significant advances in the course of its trajectory, but which still has much to be done. strive for quality teaching. Indigenous school education as well as the education of any other cultures has its total importance within the societies that are inserted, but which still suffered some barriers that prevent them from achieving their successes more effectively. For the execution of the work, bibliographic researches were made referring to the educational model brought by the colonizers, emphasizing catechist education, as well as post-colonial education. Having as reference the Pombaline Directory and the Federal Constitution of 1988. The topic discussed addresses a methodology referring to texts by authors that analyze the thematic indigenous school education and also field research, with a questionnaire being applied at the referred Kaixana school as well as, with some indigenous people in the community. Therefore, the research sought to analyze the theme in question and understand the bases that guide it, as well as the conflicts and difficulties faced by this type of teaching in the municipality.
