Das esferas da lei 979599 à realidade escolar: uma análise da educação ambiental no currículo da escola municipal Mércia Cardoso Coimbra em Parintins-AM

Abstract

The present research aims to analyze the Environmental Education in the curriculum of the Mércia Cardoso Coimbra Municipal School in Parintins / Am based on Law 9795/99 of the PNEA, was carried out in the period of sixteen months. The same is a work of conclusion in the course of Pedagogy of the University of the State of Amazonas, whose specific objectives are to verify if the school works the environmental issues based on the law 9795/99 of the PNEA; to verify if teachers are aware of Law 9795/99 dealing with the National Environmental Education Policy; to identify if the school has some challenge to develop environmental actions and to investigate if it is possible to develop interdisciplinary activities based on the student's reality. The subjects of the research are 03 teachers, the coordinator, secretary and the manager of the institution. To improve this research I used the studies of Tristão (2004), Pena-Vega (2003), Guimarães (2013), among others, in order to go beyond a participant observation. The research is qualitative, within a critical approach, the techniques were semi-structured interview, photos, field notes and participant observation, noting that two workshops were applied. This research contributes to my teacher education, as it allows a deep understanding of some basic principles of Law 9795/99 of the National Environmental Education Policy (PNEA), discussing the concept and trajectory of Environmental Education, as well as the conceptions about the school curriculum , relating and interconnecting their functions in the Brazilian school.
