Maculelá, Maculecá, Maculemim, Maculenós: o que foi o teatral Maculelê no projeto Arte e Comunidade na Colônia Antônio Aleixo e no estágio supervisionado no Instituto de Educação do Amazonas?

Abstract

Maculelê can be there, here, in me and in us. I only know that wherever he is there will be festive valor. Maculelê is a brave warrior who defended a community of an invading attack with only two wooden sticks, tears, and this epic legend gave life to the game of Maculelê, that at the moment is played to the four corners of Brazil and, perhaps, in the World. This research, which covers approximately three years in an undergraduate degree in theater at the University of the State of Amazonas, discusses a pedagogical proposal of living the game and the legend of Maculelê in two spaces, one in the community Antônio Aleixo Colony, through of the Art and Community project, and another at the Institute of Education of Amazonas (IEA), for the Supervised Internship. Both experiments occurred between 2015 and 2018. In the second chapter titled '' The waters that brought Maculelê '' we approached the first field of research, which was the Antônio Aleixo Colony Neighborhood and the agents that work in the community as the Institution Read for Growing and the Art and Community project. Then we report on the formation and proposals of each front. In the third chapter called '' Planting to sprout, reaping to love '' we present our experience in the Art and Community in Antônio Aleixo Colony from the scenic assembly project The Theatricalities of Maculelê. We set out central questions of this process, along with descriptions of the proposals contained in this assembly. In '' Leaving the hut for other confrontations '' that characterizes the fourth chapter, it is time to share the field transition to experience the Supervised Stage. And in this chapter we report the effects of the Maculelê pedagogical proposal in a formal Education space, the IEA. In the last chapter, "I will learn to listen to teach my camaras," is where we promote a general analysis of all these experiences reported in previous chapters. The reflections are organized in three topics that discuss the method of action research, Interculturality, Multiculturalism, Identity and affection.
