Abstract: Quality prenatal care is critical to maternal and newborn health. The main objective of
prenatal care is to welcome the woman from the beginning of pregnancy, ensuring the birth of
a healthy child and ensuring maternal and neonatal well-being. It is important to understand
the types of connection between women living in non-urban areas and health services, given
the importance of prenatal care and seeking to understand the view that women living in rural
areas have about it. The concept of Therapeutic Itineraries allows us to understand the paths
traced and paths taken by pregnant women in their search for access to prenatal care. To better
understand the dynamics of care during pregnancy, it is useful to understand the paths used in
the search for prenatal care and to reflect on this search. The objective of this research is to
understand the therapeutic itineraries for performing prenatal care in rural communities in
Itacoatiara, in the interior of Amazonas. This is a qualitative descriptive and exploratory
study. For data collection, the semi-structured interview instrument applied by the researcher
was used. The research subjects were post partum women living in rural communities in the
municipality of Itacoatiara, in Amazonas. The collected data were transcribed and analyzed
using the content analysis technique proposed by Bardin, where it was possible to establish
three categories of analysis. Of the post partum women invited to participate in the survey,
only one refused. Then, 6 interviews were carried out. The age of the interviewees ranged
from 18 to 40 years. In rural areas, the difficulties in seeking health care services are greater
because this means presents gaps in relation to health care. In addition to the production of a
Guide for CHAs, who are the professionals who best and most frequently move through the
territory, this study and its local dissemination also resulted in a discussion between the
professionals of the health team and the manager of the UBS during the project's formulation2022-03-30T00:00:00ZCaracterísticas do acolhimento da demanda espontânea em uma unidade estratégia saúde da família em Belém do Pará: estudo quali-quantitativoTamargo, Roberto José Falcónhttp://repositorioinstitucional.uea.edu.br//handle/riuea/41082022-08-11T16:40:36Z2021-10-26T00:00:00ZTítulo: Características do acolhimento da demanda espontânea em uma unidade estratégia saúde da família em Belém do Pará: estudo quali-quantitativo

Abstract: The acceptance of spontaneous demand in Primary Health Care (PHC) represents an important moment in the functioning of the work carried out by the family health teams. The development of a process of humanized, qualified and resolving all the health demands of the population that seeks primary care services represents the guarantee of the rights of users of the Unified Health System (SUS). Each health unit has specificities that must be known and evaluated to imple-ment an adequatereception process. The aim of this study is to analyzethe process of welco-ming spontaneous demand in the Tenoné 1 family health strategy unit in Belém do Pará. Me-thodology: This is a cross-sectional, observational and descriptive study, which used the quali-tative and quantitative method for data collection and analysis, which will allow us to identify how the process of welcoming the spontaneous demand of users who seek the family health strategy unit takes place, with the participation of workers. Youstudy results show thehe main characteristics of welcoming spontaneous demand in the ESF, among them are: almost half are from outside the coverage area, which could overload the work of the ESF team; regarding gender, women were the ones who most sought care; in the morning, the highest percentage of consultations took place; it was the medical professional who performed the greatest number of care and with regard to the components of care that characterized spontaneous demand, com-plaints and symptoms predominated (CDA-1), test results (CDA-4), follow-up and other reas-ons for consultation (CDA-6) and with very low expression of the diagnostic and preventive procedures component (CDA-2). Abstract: The expansion of access to health by the population is a challenge for the PHC to
improve the quality of health. When we talk about the population's access to Oral Health in
PHC, we are also ahead of a major challenge, which involves ensuring quality access, which is
facilitated, comprehensive and resolute. The objective of this project is to develop a prototype
of educational technology for the qualification of coordinators and oral health professionals in
the municipalities of the state of Amazonas on concepts, methods and techniques on access to
health services in PHC, to help improve the population's access to oral health. The field research
was conducted through an exploratory and descriptive study, with a quantitative-qualitative
approach, with the participation of 59 coordinators, through the electronic form, consisting of
15 objective questions and two open questions. For data analysis of the objective questions an
Excel spreadsheet was used and the open questions were through Content Analysis, in the
thematic modality. The coordinators stated that they have the PNSB guidelines as a guide for
oral health access, that the teams carry out the reception, despite pointing out flaws in the
training of professionals, in carrying out this and in the qualified listening to the needs of users.
The most responded that the oral health teams in their municipality do not organize and share
their care agenda and that many teams still use the distributed token model, reporting the need
of users to stand in line and get a password for the service. This research allowed us to know
better, through the vision and perception of the coordinators, how is the access to oral health of
the population in PHC in Amazonas, its quality and the work processes of the teams, in
guaranteeing this access, thus enabling an analysis and reflection on its weaknesses and
potential for achieving its expansion and improvement. Thereby, the educational technology
prototype was developed, with the objective of training and qualifying coordinators and oral
health professionals. With the potential, even to help improve the population's access and
quality to oral health, supplying the need and demand for Continuing Education for these
professionals, with the advantage of having a wide reach, as it is conceived as a distance course,
via the Telehealth platform, thus fulfilling its function effectively and efficiently2022-01-10T00:00:00ZCaracterísticas do acolhimento da demanda espontânea em uma unidade estratégia saúde da família em Belém do Pará: estudo quali-quantitativoTamargo, Roberto José Falcónhttp://repositorioinstitucional.uea.edu.br//handle/riuea/35942022-01-03T20:32:30Z2021-10-01T00:00:00ZTítulo: Características do acolhimento da demanda espontânea em uma unidade estratégia saúde da família em Belém do Pará: estudo quali-quantitativo
